Large Double Room on Broadway Market

Room available in great location on Broadway Market, a really great area with lots of amenities, a 5 minute walk from London Fields station and little bit further from Haggerston/Bethnal Green.

You'd be living with two housemates who are both professionals working in marketing and a PHD student. We're very chill in the week but do enjoy going out on the weekend. The room comes mostly furnished with sofa, bed frame (I will be taking the mattress with me) and chest of draws. You can remove if needed. The flat is a little old but if you want decorate the landlord is pretty chill.

Move in date is 13th February!

Rent will be due on 1st of the month and you will pay me to cover the rest of February. So including deposit it will be £1100 payable to me to move in on that date to cover the rest of the month including bills. Then the rent is £700 p/m payable to landlord. Bills come to around £90 p/m including council tax, internet, electric and gas.
