Directly opposite the house is a great café (Yeast Bakery), with other neighbours including Strong Hold climbing gym. We overlook Regent’s Canal, one minute’s walk from Broadway Market.
The house is surrounded by green space, with Victoria Park, London Fields, and Haggerston Park all within a 5-minute walk. Transport links are excellent, with Cambridge Heath Overground, Bethnal Green (Central Line), and multiple bus routes all close by.
Everything you need is on your doorstep.

You’d be living with three friendly, considerate professionals in their 30s-40s. We’re social in a relaxed way, enjoy chatting and the occasional shared meal, but also very much respect each other’s space and routines. The house is calm, clean, and feels like a home rather than a student or party house.
About you:
We’re looking for responsible, reliable professionals aged 30+ who are looking for a long-term, comfortable place to live.
In the house we value:
• Being respectful and considerate
• Cleaning up after ourselves
• Being mindful of others
• Clear, kind communication
• Reliability around shared responsibilities and household safety
We’ve had a really good dynamic here in the past and are keen to keep that going.
