We have a bright double room available in our 3-bedroom house with a large garden. The house is quiet, well looked after, and feels more like a proper home than a flatshare. Looking for someone relaxed and tidy to join us.

The House:

A brick house with lots of light and generous shared spaces, including:

Living room with fireplace, large kitchen with modern appliances, open plans set up too dining room opening onto the garden, plenty of storage and space throughout.

Big bonus is a working office space at the end of the garden. Heated and powered.

It’s a really lovely place to live.

Room:

Double Room on the top floor next to the bathroom. Built in wardrobes but no bed currently.

Location:

The house is a two second walk from Broadway Market with easy access to Hackney Central and London Fields Station. Lots of great cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.

Roomates:

We're two professionals, Elliot works in restaurant tech sales, and I work in film.

We both don’t drink, but have no issue with someone who does. In our late 20s/ early 30s. Looking for a tidy, respectful third housemate. We both have our own routines but always up for a chat, meals together or doing things together.
