We have a bright double room available in a 3-bedroom house with a large garden. The house is quiet, well looked after, and feels more like a proper home than a flatshare. Looking for someone relaxed and tidy to join us.

The House:

A brick house with lots of light and generous shared spaces, including:

Living room with fireplace, large kitchen with modern appliances, dining room opening onto the garden, plenty of storage and space throughout.

Big bonus is a working office space at the end of the garden. Heated and powered, open for sole use of the new tenant, subject to slight price increase

It’s a really lovely place to live and I’m very sad to be leaving.

Room:

Double Room on the top floor next to the bathroom. Built in wardrobes.

Location:

A two second walk from Broadway Market with easy access to Hackney Central and London Fields Station. Lots of great cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.

Roomates:

Two professionals, Elliot works in restaurant tech sales, and Tope works in law.

In our mid 20s/ early 30s. Looking for a tidy, respectful third housemate. We both have our own routines but always up for a chat, meals together or doing things together.

Move in dates are flexible, looking for the right fit, available to move in between now and October 6th.
