Room for rent Broadway Market, Dalston area

We're looking for someone to stay short term in our spare room, we live in a modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The flat is sunny and clean and bright with a breathtaking view of the city. We are a 10 min walk from Broadway market which is amazing for trying different cuisines on the weekend. We are also a very short distance from some of the best restaurants and bars I've ever been to on kingsland road. The apartment block is situated by a beautiful park that has ping pong tables, areas to picnic and a children's playground.
We have a pretty special roof terrace overlooking the skyline of London. This area is great for social gatherings as it's huge, the indoors of our apartment is comfortable for smaller groups. We have a gas bbq, 6 person outdoor table, outdoor couch and coffee table, we also have a heater not that we need it now. We have weights and yoga mats which we are happy to share. Inside there is a well stocked kitchen, including a nutribullet, a mocha pot and baking equipment, all of which you are welcome to use. We also have bed linens and towels for the spare room. The bed is a double Murphy bed, so that the room can double as an office. There are 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom is for use of the spare room as we have our own en-suite. This would be ideal for someone who has just moved to London or in between accommodation.

Myself and my partner spend 2 weekday evenings out of the house, we're on a dodgeball team and we have dinner at my sister’s once a week. Apart from that we probably go out one evening on the weekend. Most of our friends are in the Igbt community and we usually hang out in Igbt bars/clubs.
