Friendly houseshare in great location

Our flatmate is moving out and we are looking for a nice, friendly housemate to take her place. I'm a 29-year-old pharmacist and Finnish Saija (36) is a trainee social worker. We have our own lives but enjoy catching up over a glass of wine every now and again, and tend cook for each other when we are around together.
We've both lived here for about two years and the people before us were here for 4 years to confirm its homeliness.
The bedroom itself is a not a large double but there is lots of storage room throughout the house. There's a cosy living room/diner and a separate kitchen, with a nice sized garden for summer bbq's. The location is probably the best thing about the house- right behind Broadway market- Hoxton is a 15minute walk away, or it's a 15-20minute walk to Bethnal Green. Space for an extra bike or two as well if you need it- just come and view it :-) We're hoping to hold viewings in the evenings early next week (Mon 20th, Tues 21st and Weds 22nd) and the room will be available from 2nd November so please get in contact if you're interested.
