One month sublet in friendly Haggerston house

Ahoy hoy,

Behold! A cheeky sublet from this Sunday the 8th of December, to Friday the 10th of January. £500, all bills included.

The room is a small double, and it's a bright, south facing room. It's also a super warm house and you can have the heating on as much as you wish. The house has nice, big, sunny communal lounge, an okay sized kitchen, a bathroom with a decent shower, and a little sun trap of a garden (where you can smoke if you want). It's in what I think is the perfect location. We're on a quiet pedestrianised road a stone's throw from the canal. Haggerston Overground, London Fields and Broadway Market are all a 5-10 minute walk away. Shoreditch, Dalston, Hoxton and Hackney are also within walking distance.

Even though you'll only be in the house for a month, we'd still like to find someone we get on with. We're a friendly bunch and do enjoy the occasional night out together, or just a movie and catch-up when we can. We're looking for someone who's vaguely sociable, and doesn't just want a room to crash in. People who are fun, but also clean and considerate.
