Large Double Room, Friendly House

Hi there. I’m Chris. I live with Nicola and Dominique. We have one wonderful guy moving out and we would like to recomplete our nice, queer-friendly, non-racist, quiet hangout in fashionable Haggerston.

Please don’t be offended if I don’t reply promptly! I’ll let some enquiries build a little before I reply. It gets a bit much sometimes handling all the enquiries.

Can be a little flexible on the deposit within reason.

We have a lush garden, not massive but with lovely decking, a tree, a green roof. The birds love coming and socialising near our bird feeder. We have frogs in our pond.

I run the property and I live in the house too. I've had every type of person living there over the years, but I'm pretty sure I would prefer a beer and chat type rather than a drum'n'bass and pills type. Sorry.

Room is, frankly, huge. Very light with large bay window, ideal for home working. Expensive king size bed decent mattress, with storage. Bathroom next door, to share with only one person. We’re not accepting couples at the moment I’m afraid, we like having just 4 housies.

Wooden floors. Large spacious lounge and lovely refurbed open kitchen. Plenty of storage. A loft to put your stuff in.

Easy walk to haggerston, and to london fields tube. London fields itself is only a minute away and Broadway Market is our local hangout.

Council tax and internet is included. Bills are £50 p/m and includes everything else.

Please. Just be reasonably able to keep the kitchen tidy. Friendly house. Often very quiet. Why not check it out.
