Peaceful double room for cat lover

This is a slightly quirky end of terrace house with great transport links. We are a 2 minutes walk to Crofton Park station with direct trains to Peckham, Blackfriars, St Pancras, Farringdon, Denmark Hill and Luton and a 10 minute walk to Brockley station with the overground line - 8 mins to London Bridge, 10 to the city, 12 to Canary Wharf and direct trains to Shoreditch; Also close to Ladywell and Honor Oak stations and plenty of buses.

The house has wooden floors throughout, a large modern stainless steel kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.
We have unlimited broadband wi-fi. The bathroom consists of a walk-in rainfall shower and there are two separate loos.
The room for rent has a double bed, a fitted wardrobe and shelves, tv , chest of drawers, and is peaceful and quiet.
There is a small but pretty mature garden at the back and free parking in the road.

We are an easy-going, down to earth professional couple and two cats and are looking for a down to earth professional female with a sense of humour, who we can get on with but also has their own life. Also we would like to share with someone clean that will tidy up after themselves!
We are close to local shops, bars and cafes, parks and green spaces... we even have a ballroom 2 minutes away.
