We are looking for genuine, easy going professionals or mature students to take over from our existing room mates Jo and James.

The flat is a Victorian conversion, located a 5 minute walk from Brockley station, 10 minutes from St Johns and 15 minutes from New Cross. Great transport links into the city and quiet residential location are great perks of this flat. Please note there is a one-off referencing fee and new tenancy fee payable of £175 per person on acceptance.

The room is a small double and is at the rear of the property on the top floor. It’s so quiet and the views are great.

There is a well presented kitchen/ diner, bathroom and lounge as well as two other bedrooms which are occupied by Juliet, a really easy going city worker, and Emily who works in a coffee shop in SE1.

Brockley is such a nice suburb of London, quiet but close to so much of what South London has to offer. There is every need covered - nice pubs, convenient shops, an award-winning chippie, great parks and as mentioned great transport.

We have been here for over two years and are moving on as we have bought our first house. There is no way we’d be moving out to another rental. The location is great, landlord is easy to deal with, the flat spacious and comfortable with a really homely feel.
