Two Double Rooms in Brockley

Two large double rooms available in a lovely 3 bed house. The house has a living room, a spacious kitchen, large fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and other basic appliances, and opens on to a nice size garden. There are also two toilets (one upstairs/one downstairs) and a separate bath/shower room.

My two current housemates are moving on so you'd be living with me – a 25 year old male charity worker, originally from Leeds. I enjoy going to the pub, reading, watching films and sports. I’m a friendly, outgoing person so I’m looking for like-minded people to move in, who will be active in the house and be happy to socialise at home or go to the pub for a few drinks from time to time, but who will also respect everyone’s privacy.

The rooms come (mostly) unfurnished however; one room with the bed may be available. Everyone is expected to do their bit to keep the place nice and liveable in the communal areas. I may be up for chipping in for a cleaner as well.

The house is only a 5-10 min walk from Brockley Station, 15 mins from Nunhead by foot and 15 mins from Peckham by bus. It is by far the best located house I have lived in SE London. It's close to a few parks and a really short walk to Co-Op and lots of other shops, restaurants and pubs are just a 10 minute walk away.

Admin Stuff
* Official tenancy would start 5th August 2019, on a 12 month contract.
* References and credit checks required (may be subject to fee) as well as a chat with the landlords.
* Deposit is 6 weeks rent.

* The price is not inclusive of bills. On average, they work out around £80 a month, which includes council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband.

To allow time for credit checks and other admin, I am looking to have the rooms filled by no later than the second week of July and will be looking to arrange viewings as soon as possible.
