Double room in Brockley

I am looking for a new flatmate to share a flat in Brockley, South East London.

The flat has been recently refurbished with 2 double bedrooms, a large sitting room with sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a balcony. The bills are included in rent price.

The available room is medium sized and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and a chest of draws.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from Brockley Station, Zone 2, with easy access to central London. Brockley is close to New Cross, Deptford and Peckham. It is a leafy area with a nice variety of cafes, pubs and shops.

I am a 32 year old part time primary school teacher/part time MA student looking to live with a fellow female professional. I enjoy socialising, but I also like my own time and space.
I like exercising, seeing friends, going to galleries and doing art at my studio! During school term I am very busy, but I like to make the most of my holidays!
