4 months sublet Xmas to Easter in Brockley

I'm subletting my room from approx 20th December to 20th of April (dates can be somewhat flexible). Room comes fully furnished and with a few plant roommates that would need looking after :) some of my artwork would also need to stay in the room.

The room is situated on the top floor of a spacious 4 bedroom house with large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garden and roof terrace. Convenient location 5mins away from Brockley station, St Johns & Crofton Park 10min.

The flatmates are Christine, Kate and Annabelle, all in their 30ies and working in various creative fields. The room would be suitable for someone mature and tidy who is looking for a quiet temporary home (females only).
