The house is located in Brockley, zone 2.
6mins from the station, 5mins to the bus stop (171,172), very quiet area.
There are shops, restaurants, cafes, bars all around the station.

All bills included as well as WIFI, the room comes with all the furnitures you see on the pictures.
Very huge, loads of spaces, and the sofa is a foldable SOFA BED. You can host your friends or family.
2 of flatmates are very clean and helpful, nice guys, not usually at home so you will feel alone here, very comfortable.
You are allowed to smoke in the room.

Everything in the kitchen and bathroom works well.
You will have your own fridge in the kitchen.

Minimum terms 6months
No Maximum terms.
The contract is 6months but negotiable with the landlord.
