A double room to rent in Brockley SE4

Hello! We have one large sized double room available to rent from end of Feb/early March (date is flexible). The room is semi furnished with large fitted wardrobes but no bed (a bed could be provided if required). The rest of the flat is spacious and is furnished throughout with the other tenants items. There is one shared bathroom with a bathtub & shower.

The flat is situated in Brockley with Hilly Fields a few minutes’ walk away. The weekly farmers market is just at the end of the street plus a variety of pubs and restaurants in the area. There are good transport links (Zone 2): Brockley (10 mins walk) with Overground & London Bridge links. St John’s (10 mins walk) with trains to London Bridge & Cannon Street.

Rent is £725 per month. Bills are not included. They tend to fluctuate depending on the time of year but are approx £175 per month. We are working to get these down by installing a smart meter etc so hopefully they’ll come down.
We have a cleaner who comes every fortnight (£24 between the two tenants). Deposit is approx. £830.

You will be sharing with one single female, 37, who works full time in sponsorship. Works general 9 - 5 hours, and tends to spend weekends around the flat. Interests include running (marathon training!), yoga, going to the gym, books, Netflix, spending time with friends.

This is a warm and welcoming flat. The ideal tenant would be someone who wants to make this their home. Someone respectful and considerate is a must. Please no couples or pets. Females preferred.
The estate agent will require references but I don’t think there will be any admin fees.
