We have one huge light and airy double bedroom available in our lovely Brockley home.

Our house is cosy and cute - there's a huge lounge with a brimming bookcase (including a shelf with your name on it), a sunny garden, a and a large bathroom.

Leah and Tay are two chilled ladies looking for a third for their home. They're cultural kinda gals with a passion for the environment and are as happy pondering the ethics of veganism as they are shouting at the tv come love island time.

I've loved living here for the past 2 1/2 years and am sad to go but leaving for pastures new up north.

If you don't know much about brockley then get to know! It's a cute area - lots of green and some ace local cafes and shops. We're only a 2 min walk away from brockley station where you can get the Overground to Shoreditch in 15 minutes, or Southern Rail to London Bridge in under 10 minutes. We're a stones throw away from Nunhead with fast trains to Victoria and Canon Street.

We're looking for someone chilled, respectful and happy to add to the house atmosphere. We like living in a clean and tidy space so it's important you feel the same! We're looking for a female only, sorry guys.

The rent is £590 a month and bills come in around £80 - a steal for this amazing room! Deposit is one months rent. Move in date is 12th June or earlier.
