8 MIN by walk from Brockley station (Overground)
5 min by walk from St John station (Southeastern)
10 min by bus to Lewisham Shopping Centre & Lewisham station (DLR)
ABOUT THE FLAT:
The room is available in a two-bedroom modern flat located in a really nice and quiet area with several supermarkets around (Sainsbury 10 minutes walk, Tesco 5 minutes walk, Asda 15 minutes walk/5 min by bus)
The kitchen/living room (open space) is big and bright (plenty of shelves and cabinets, sofa, tv, desk, table, stools, etc.) The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washmachine, cooking utensils, etc.)
The bathroom is modern with a brand new glass shower.

Audrey is a 32-old French teacher, super friendly, and chilled. She has a lovely friend, Babynet, a really well-behaving and lovely cat.

- moving in date ( flexible): December 8th, 2020
- price per month (excluded bills): 850 pounds
- deposit (850/1 month deposit)
- the contract can be flexible (from 6 months until 24 months, 60 days notice regardless of the length of the contract)
