Very large double in brockley

Hi there,

I have a double bedroom available first of April in our lovely two-story home.

the room is very large, plenty of natural light, built in wardrobe (massive), nice super large double bed. the room is a must see.

Large house with lots of natural light. In total, there are three of us (once you move in!). The room is furnished and there is plenty of space in the house for all three of us to live and work. There are gardens on both sides of the house. We grow lots of vegetables and flowers which is amazing and fun. There is plenty of storage space too.

About us: Alex is a chef, gardener and carpenter, in these months building new garden furniture and starting the growing season (if you wanna help that's fantastic) 😊.
Annabel is a cheese monger and just moved in.

We all up for a chat and share meals or something.
the house has always been social and we have people over for dinner and bbqs. However, this is not a party house and we enjoy a level of peace and calm and a happy home for all of us.

The house is on a quiet and green road and is a 7-minute walk to Brockley station, 15 minutes to Nunhead station and about 15-minute walk to Peckham Rye Park.
