Double bedroom in 2-bed flat in SE4, opposite Hilly Fields park.
Rent: £650 + bills (£60-70 pm excluding council tax).
Deposit: £720
Available: March 1st, can be arranged earlier too.
Contract length is initially 6 months and then moves over to a rolling contract.
The room is unfurnished but has some built in storage. The room has 4 windows so gets a lot of natural light and is located at the back of the building overlooking neighbouring gardens so it is private.
There is a possibility to buy the bed off my current housemate price to be discussed if interested.

It is a 2-bed flat with separate livingroom with both a lounge and dining area. I have lived in this flat for 3.5 years and really like the area. The flat is roughly 10 minutes walk to the train stations in brockley, ladywell and crofton park so it is well connected.

The flat was unfurnished originally, but the kitchen and livingroom is fully furnished at the moment (although obviously happy to make space if you have furniture with you :))

You will be sharing with me, a swedish 28 year old student who is currently both working and studying from home. I like to keep the flat tidy although I don't think leaving a knife in the sink is the end of the world. I'm looking for someone who is nice and respectful and want to treat the flat as a home, like to have dinner together sometimes and (when allowed) have a drink in the pub but also respect each others privacy.
