It's a beautiful south-facing room, with a large window on the 2nd floor of the property. The room is a double room, wooden floors and a built-in 3-door wardrobe. The room comes part-furnished.

- - The property - -
There is a shared Louge that is very sunny. There is an exercise area, a desk and a sofa. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There is loads of storage space outside the rooms (5)

Bills are not included in the rent however on average it comes to about £60 per month. So not too bad.
