The available room (6mtrs x 5mtrs) is in a top floor flat (Victorian house) situated on a lovely, quiet tree-lined street in Brockley, SE4 (zone 2).
Free parking in the street.

It's fully furnished, with double-bed (John Lewis memory foam mattress), loads of storage (inc. an in-built cupboard/hanging space and shelves too).
FYI all of the *storage* furniture you see in the photo will stay in the room.

The kitchen is large and a great communal space + there is a shared bathroom. There is no shared lounge.

I'm a photographer and have lived here many years, so it's very much my home.

Would like to find an easy going (+tidy!) person, who also just wants a relaxed and peaceful space to call home for the short term.

Brockley station has excellent transport links, and the flat is within 15 minutes walk of St Johns, Lewisham and New Cross stations.
Lots of parks, pubs, bars and restaurants are nearby.
