Lovely area, 6 minute walk from the nearest pub and 7 minute walk from hilly fields. 8 minutes from Ladywell train station which has trains to London Bridge.
20 minute walk to Brockley overground or 6 minute cycle.
Friendly neighbourhood, lots of families and young professionals.
Probably prefer a female to take over my room but but not a deal breaker!
