Separate Lounge and Dining Room which provide lots of shared space, together with a well appointed kitchen with American style fridge freezer and dishwasher; a separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble drier.

Well connected for public transport in Zone 2 with quick access to London Bridge, the City and Canary Wharf - just a 10-minute walk gets you to any of Brockley Overground, Crofton Park, St Johns and Ladywell stations. Lewisham DLR is 15 mins away.

The house is surrounded by nice bars, restaurants and food shops and is a few minutes walk away from Hilly Fields Park.

About me: I’m a 26-year-old professional working in data analytics typically working from home but in the office occasionally. Some of my hobbies include swimming, gaming and socialising. I’m always happy to meet new people and am looking for housemates that share this type of approach to living together. I’m moving in around the same time whilst the landlords (my parents) are going abroad for a year.

Pets: Their cat will also be in the house, he’s 15 years old and friendly once he gets past the shy stage of meeting new faces! No other pets allowed.
