Amazing double room in south London brockley

We’re a flat of 3 girls looking for a fourth flatmate to join our lovely house in Brockley! We respect each other and our need for private space - but have occasional dinners, drinks, go out etc. Looking for someone who’s looking for a home rather than just a house :)

Move in: September 9

What we offer:
- Partly furnished (double bed and wardrobe) room. The table and chest of drawers can be left upon agreement with former flatmate.
- (!!) Amazing rent at £566 (bills around 100, less during summer & more during winter)
- Private landlord
- Spacious living room with 2 sofas, TV, and a large dining table.
- Equipped kitchen (pretty standard with a washing machine, microwave etc)
- 1 bathroom on the first floor (shower and toilet), 1 bathroom upstairs (toilet only)
- Leafy garden with a spooky shed :)
- Perfect location: Nearest station St Johns (7 mins walking), approximatley 15mins walking to Brockley St and Lewisham St.
- 2 mins to Hilly fields and 2 mins to the pub :)

Who we are:
- Sara and Alice, professionals, and Julia, postgraduate student. We are all swedes in our mid/late 20s.
- We care about our space and want it to be homely and tidy (!). A chill vibe where we sometimes have meals together and try a new bottle of natural wine in the living room or garden.
- During most weekdays we have a little productive coworking space in the living room.

Who you are:
- Ages: 20s to early 30s
- We are flexible, we will accept anyone if we feel the person is a good fit
- We prefer a professional (council tax reasons)
- Ideally someone who can contribute with plants, posters/art/ something on the walls, dj equipment or nice dishes (for future dinners) :)
