A bright double room weekday only let in Brockley

I am looking to let my spare room on a weekday basis for 2-3 nights per week from mid-November onwards.

This room would suit someone working in London during the week and commuting in to an office but looking for a calm place to come to rest at at the end of a long working day.

Brockley is in zone 2 and has easy access to London Bridge, the City, Canary Wharf as well as Shoreditch and East London. The flat is a 2 minute walk from Brockley station so very convenient for commuting into town either on the Overground Windrush Line or National Rail. There are many lovely cafes, restaurants and shops literally at the doorstep.

The room has a double bed with a firm mattress, a bedside table and lamp, a chair, a clothes rail and a full length mirror. There is also a large draw under the bed where you would be welcome to leave some of your belongings. Bathroom facilities are shared, and you are welcome to use the kitchen and the living room too. There is fibre broadband and wifi.

The flat is clean, airy and spacious with a lot of natural light and lots of houseplants so feels like a calm oasis in the middle of busy London.

I work from home as well as outdoors in the local area and enjoy spending time at home in a calm atmosphere. I am a friendly introvert so although I enjoy chatting and socialising, I also need a plenty of alone time, so will give you plenty of space too.

I love my flat and keep it tidy and clean, and will take care of most of the cleaning, but would absolutely expect you to keep your room clean and tidy, and always clean up after yourself. I am happy to do the laundry for your bedsheets every fortnight.
