Beautiful and calm flat in Brockley

I have a lovely first floor flat of a converted Victorian terraced house in the heart of Brockley. I'm looking for for someone, or a couple, to live in the flat while I'm out the country.

The double bedroom is furnished and has lots of space and high ceilings. The kitchen/living space is open plan and south facing so gets lots of light. The living area has a comfy sofa and projector for watching TV and films, and a table to eat or work at.

The whole flat was refurbished and recently decorated so everything is in great condition.

The kitchen has a washing machine and a dishwasher.

You will have access to a shared south facing garden which has a table and chairs for meals outside in the warmer months.

It's a five minute walk to Brockley station in one direction with links to London Bridge (2 stops) and the Windrush line (to Canada Water, Shoreditch, Dalton and Highbury & Islington). It's a 12 minute walk to Nunhead station (links to Blackfriars, Peckham, London Victoria) in the other direction. Close to lots of parks, coffee shops etc.

I'm living between Mexico and London and am looking for someone to live in my flat while I'm away. Monthly rent is £1,750 which includes water, Internet, council tax, and the tv license. Electricity and gas not included.

I'm flexible on move in dates - some time from 24 January onwards.

I am looking for someone for four to five months.
