I am a part-time live in landlord looking for a chilled and tidy tenant to share my lovely house.

The rooms are furnished and come with double beds, wardrobes and desks.

The house has sociable patio and gorgeous (in season) garden. It’s just 11 minutes from Brockley station, 6 minutes from St Johns and 10 minutes from New Cross.

It is not a party house, so we would look for someone at least at the postgraduate age.
