Mon-Fri Modern Double next to Brockley station

Hi there, I'm offering out a room on a Monday-Friday basis in my modern flat next to Brockley station (Zone 2 Overground/National Rail). 15 minutes to London Bridge / 25 minutes to Waterloo.

✅Double room in a two-bedroom flat with sole use of main bathroom ( have an en-suite in my room). In the flat, you would also have access to a living room, kitchen, and balcony.

✅I'm 37, work in advertising/finance, and WFH 1-2 days a week. Am fairly sociable and am out several nights a week, but it's very important to me that my home is calm, clean, and relaxed - looking for someone similar.

✅I'm looking to offer out the room to someone looking to have a London base in the week for work, who isn't looking to WFH. I'd be keen to have someone who will treat my flat as if it were their own, who might be up for the odd drink, but who has their own life in the city too.

✅ My flat is less than a minute from Brockley station - it's a great option for someone working in Canary Wharf/the City during the week. Alternatively, it's 15 minutes a walk to Nunhead for access to Blackfriars/Victoria.

✅ The room has a double bed and is furnished with a large wardrobe, and shelving to help you feel like this is a home from home. I'm open to the idea of adding more furniture if required.

✅ My flat is well-furnished - TV and a good speaker system, with access to Sky Sports, Netflix, Amazon etc.

✅The room and price are available for a lodger Mon-Fri max (no weekends). I’m open to discuss shorter options and different rate to ensure best for everyone involved.

✅The price of the room includes bills (Council tax band C).
