Double room sublet

Hello gals,

I'm subletting my room in our Victorian 2bed flat in Brockley (SE zone 2) as I'm going traveling.

Availability from 1st May to 15th July.
800pcm including bills.

You'd be sharing with my lovely roommate who works for the NHS, mostly working on site during the week.

The room is big , gets loads of natural light throughout the day and so does the living room.
Has direct access to our lovely garden ( see pics below).
Has a desk and office chair and you can use my screen if you need to ( the one on the dining table in the living room where I work from sometimes and you can too).
Huge living room, high ceilings, 7 mins from Brockley station, 10 mins from Crofton park station. Great cocktail bar around the corner, plenty of amazing coffee places.
Strength training, Pilates and yoga studios less than 10 mins away, gyms and More yoga in lewisham 15 mins away, Hilly fields park with tennis courts 5 mins walk.
