Hi there! I'm Colin and along with my partner Sarah we're looking for someone to sublet our spacious double room in a green and sunny ground floor flat in Brockley SE4.
The room features high ceilings and big bay windows that let in loads of light, fully stocked with lots of lovely plants, a big desk for working and king size bed, with your own ensuite bathroom.
Sarah's sister also lives in the flat, along with our two cats, Carole (aka Mumma ) and her son Sidney (aka Lil Man), all of whom are very friendly and outgoing.
This room is great for a couple, which we'd welcome in the space (single folks welcome too, of course).
We'd like to find someone to cover a month of us being away, but we can be flexible on dates around that time, so please don't hesitate to get in touch!
