Large double bedroom in spacious house with garden

Hey!

We have a master double bedroom available to rent, in a spacious 3 bed terrace house, on a gated mews in Brockley. The house has a large living/dining area, shared kitchen, downstairs toilet and main bathroom upstairs. The main bathroom would be shared by you and one housemate. The house has been furnished by current housemates so no need to bring big furniture items (just your own kitchen stuff). We are also very lucky to have a beautiful private garden.

Room - largest bedroom in the house that comes with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There can also be a desk and office chair for your room, if you will be WFH. Move in date from 16th August, for a 12 month contract.

Zone 2. 6 minute walk to St Johns train station with frequent trains to London Bridge/City of London in under 15 mins.
10 minute walk to Brockley train station for the overground or 15 minutes to Deptford bridge DLR (15 mins to Canary Wharf). There are also regular buses with bus stops a few minutes walk away.

Beautiful home in quiet residential area with lots of parks/green space within walking distance. Shops, coffee shops, Brockley market, restaurants, pubs, takeaways etc close by.

About us:
The house is currently made up of Luciana and Louis, and Olivia. We are all working professionals, with a mix of WFH/office-based. More importantly there is also Alfie, a 12 year old Yorkie who is very cuddly and much loved in the house. Having Alfie means we unfortunately can’t accept any other pets.

We are a clean and quiet household, so are looking for someone similar, someone who is friendly and enjoys a trip to the pub or dinner together now and then.
