Beautiful Spacious Room in friendly Brockley House

We have the biggest room in our lovely, friendly house available due to one of our housemates moving in with their partner.

The house is a located on a quiet road just a 7-minute walk from Brockley station. Amazing location, close to hilly fields park, bars, shops and also about 10 mins walk from Crofton Park.

You would be sharing with three other wonderful working professionals in various creative and charity sectors. We enjoy socialising (eating/watching movies together) but as all Londoners, classically busy with our own stuff too. Plus, you'll get the bonus housemate of Bruno, our very cuddly cat. Communal space wise - have a large shared bathroom, a cosy living room and a gorgeous kitchen looking out onto our private garden which is fab in the summer!

Our dream new housemate would be someone who appreciates a balance of community and independence, enjoys taking care of the house and is looking for somewhere to call home.

Current housemates languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian.

Please note, we are managed by a lettings agency so any prospective tenants will need to undergo referencing. Our contract runs until November 2025 so the new Tennant will be signing onto the contract until then.
