Brockley garden flat - short term let (September)

I'm going to be travelling throughout September and would like to let out my lovely garden flat in Brockley for some or all of June. It's just over 5 minutes from Brockley train station, coffee shops and wine bars/Brockley brewery, plus Deptford/Peckham/Telegraph hill are all a stroll away. The garden is a great size - and the flat's fully furnished, with a little conservatory area which is lovely to work from while looking out into the garden. There's a sofa bed in addition to the double (master) bedroom too for guests
