Brockley garden flat - short term let

I'm going to be travelling throughout July and would like to let out my lovely garden flat in Brockley. It's just over 5 minutes from Brockley train station, coffee shops and wine bars/Brockley brewery , plus Deptford/Peckham/Telegraph hill are all a stroll away. The garden is a great size - hopefully there will be some late summer rays to enjoy. And it's fully furnished, with a little conservatory area which is lovely to work from looking out into the garden. Would suit someone wanting to try out the area and get a feel for it! Could also do weekly rental if preferable.
