Brockley garden flat - short term let

I'm going to be travelling first two weeks of October and would like to let out my lovely garden flat in Brockley. It's just over 5 minutes from Brockley train station, coffee shops and wine bars/Brockley brewery , plus Deptford/Peckham/Telegraph hill are all a stroll away. The garden is a great size - and it's fully furnished, with a little conservatory area which is lovely to work from looking out into the garden.
