Large, Bright Double Room in Brockley / New Cross

I'm reluctantly leaving my massive double room in Brockley/New Cross. Come and live the leafy conservation area dream!

The flat is on Wickham Road on the top floor of a gorgeous old house conversion. It's a 15 minute walk from both New Cross and Brockley overground stations, and 10 mins to St Johns. The flat is just off Lewisham Way, with loads of shops and takeaways and Deptford high street is also a short walk away.

The room is huge, with two built-in double wardrobes and loads of space for more storage / a desk / whatever you need. It's at the back of the flat, away from the street, so it's always super quiet and you get a peaceful garden view from the window.

The flat has a massive living room which is furnished and freshly painted. The bathroom is large and recently fitted too.

You'll be sharing with a good pal of mine, who I can vouch for as a lovely housemate who loves to cook and has a great taste in decor, as well as TV and films.

The bedroom comes unfurnished apart from the two built-in wardrobes, but I'm moving abroad so may have some furniture to sell if needed. Ideally, the new roommate will have their own furniture / bits to add to the communal spaces!

Professionals preferred. Male preferred. And we’re looking for someone social, who’s down to chill and hang out in the flat as a mate, rather than just use the space as a room to stay in.
