I’m looking for someone to replace me after I move out of my lovely flatshare in beautiful Brockley, 3 mins walk from Telegraph Hill Park and 7 min walk from Brockley station.

The split-level flat is on Drakefell Road and you’d be taking over my unfurnished double bedroom from 27 July - 27 November (4 month sublet with the possibility of signing on for another year from November).

We’re looking for a professional woman to join the household made up of 2 other lovely, easygoing, funny gals who are genuinely a DREAM to live with. Socialising wise - they're both very busy with work/interests etc, but keen to have dinner together every few weeks and always up for a good kitchen chat.

Heads up that we love a tidy, clean home and would want someone who really values the space and looks after it too.

DATES
Move in from Sat 27 July (but can be flexible)

THE PROPERTY
The split-level flat comprises 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine & dishwasher), a gorgeous lounge area and 1 shared bathroom. No garden access but we’re 3 minutes walk from the beaut Telegraph Hill park. On-street parking, permit free(!) usually available outside on Drakefell Road.

THE ROOM
The room is unfurnished. It’s a good size for a double, with beautiful features (built in shelves, fireplace and sash window).

COSTS
- Rent: £665 per month.
- Bills: Around £125 per month (can flex up/down slightly). Council Tax D.
- Deposit: £734

TRANSPORT
- Brockley (6 min walk)
- Nunhead (14 min walk)

CONTRACT
4 month let from July 27 - November 27 with the possibility of signing onto the tenancy for the next year when it renews in November. The rent may change depending on the landlord.
