Details: Based in Brockley, Zone 2 (next to New Cross). It’s a renovated Victorian top floor flat in a lovely quiet leafy road.

The room is a good size. Rent is £625 + bills (which average to around £60 a month) and deposit is £620). The whole flat is bright, modern and modestly furnished.

We have a large living room and a reasonably sized kitchen (including washing machine/tumble dryer) and bathroom with all the essentials.

We're only a few minutes from Brockley station, from where you can jump on Southern services to London Bridge (about 9 minutes) or the Overground everywhere else. There's a massive Sainsburys one stop away in New Cross Gate, and Tesco Metro and two Sainsbury's Locals about 5 minutes down the road, as well of lots of little shops, bars and cafes in Brockley itself.

You would be living with two others who work in Marketing and Design so we're quite a creative bunch. Tom is 34, Erin is 40 and we'd hope to find someone of a similar age to us.

With the tenancy beginning on the 1st of August, but there is some flexibility.
