We are looking for a 4th housemate for our house in Brockley.
The house - small terraced house 5 min walk from Brockley station and 15 mins train to London bridge. Small garden, 2 bathrooms, great kitchen, washer, dryer etc.
No living room but dining room/kitchen is nice place to chill.
The room - small double £670 pcm built in wardrobe double bed, lots of light in the morning.
All bills are included apart gas and electric which is on a meter and averages to about £20 a month.
We are 3 guys in mid 20s all working in creative Industries looking for someone to move in asap. We have all lived here for a couple of years and enjoy cooking and good food, spending time in garden. Ideal housemate would be someone clean/tidy, friendly who's up for occasional hangout.
