Double Room Available in a Three Bed Shared House

We are two young professionals looking for a third flatmate after the departure of our friend who has been living here for a year. It is a double room with it's own cupboard and drawers. There is a spacious living room and a separate kitchen. The room came unfurnished but the existing bed can be kept if wanted

It is on the 1st floor of a 4 story building and a 9 minute walk from Brockley station, 12 minutes from Nunhead Station and 12 minutes from Crofton Park station. The area is quiet and near lots of green areas like Peckham Rye, Nunhead Cemetery and Hilly Fields. The area is fairly quiet but also 10mins to London Bridge via National Rail.
