The room itself stretches across the entire front of the building and has lots of built-in storage. There's also lots of additional storage in the attic, cellar and shed at the end of the garden.

The kitchen and living room areas are huge and offer ample space perfect for those who work from home or who have hobbies that require room to manoeuvre.

There is one upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet.

The garden is South-facing so gets a lot of light. Lots of fruit, veg and herbs have been growing there in the past so green-fingered housemates are certainly most welcome.

Braxfield road is nicely situated in terms of transport. it's 10 mins walk to Brockley Overground, 10 minutes to Crofton Park station and there is a bus stop just at the end of the road. A little further afield are Ladywell and St. Johns stations (both of which are great back up options) so getting into town is never an issue.

The house is also only a gentle 5 minute stroll to Hilly Fields Park and Ladywell Cemetery.

You'll be living with me (Tom) and Samin. I'm a DJ and music freelancer. Samin works for Goldsmiths. Both of us are out and about most days so you will have the place to yourselves a lot of the time. When we are in it's a relaxed environment; we cook together, listen to music or hang out in the garden if the weather is nice enough.

The Monthly Rent includes Council Tax but not bills which are roughly £50 a month.
