Double room with masses of natural light

We have a very spacious double room sharing with 2 guys and a girl for rent. The room has a plenty of natural light, with views onto the garden and trees. The room comes unfurnished.

We are around 10 mins by bus to Goldsmith Uni. - so could be good for students. It's about 30mins into central by train, door to door. The price also include every bill you can think of - so its a pretty good deal.

We have a small but tidy green garden with flower beds and outdoor seating for summer parties etc.

What we do?
I'm a musician and spend loads of time making music around the house when I'm not working at a teacher/lecturer. I also run a small independent record label. Some of the others in the house work as freelance writers and artists. So we're keen to get someone else on board who has something interesting to give. It's not a must but it is a preference.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and sociable and can also take responsibility in terms of paying rent on time and tiding up after themselves - standard. We all contribute the house in our own ways and we want someone who is happy to bring a new element to the house.
