Crofton Park - Large single/Small Double £470pcm

Hi guys, im moving out of my lovely flat in Crofton Park. I share the Flat with 3 other girls, a therapist, baker and actress, and we are looking for another female to fill my spot. The flat is above a shop, and has a lovely little garden, shared kitchen and a large shared living room. The room is ideal for someone on a budget, you can fit a double bed in the room but I chose not to, to have the extra space. The girls would prefer a professional but we have had students live here, provided you can supply a guarantor and pay the £30 per month council tax. We are just a small walk from Crofton Park station and maybe 10 mins from both Honor Oak and Brockley. The flat is lovely, friendly and calm, we sometimes have BBQs or sunbathe in the garden.
