3 of my housemates are moving on at the end of September and I'm looking for people to fill their rooms. The contract dates are currently 19th May 2023-19th May 2024 but there will be the option to renew the contract for another year. It is a lovely, spacious semi-detached house with a study and a garden. It has a big kitchen/dining room, separate living room, and one bathroom with a walk in shower.
Generally, the space is a clean, social one – with occasional dinners together or a drink in the evenings – but not a party house. As I'll be doing my masters I'm looking for chill housemates. Individual people are welcome and friends who want 2 of the rooms together. We have a bi-weekly cleaner to keep the house clean and a gardener that keeps the garden looking nice.
