Description
I am looking for someone to sub-let my double bedroom from October - mid December. The flat is located in the lovely and leafy area of Brockley. Viewing is highly recommended and I am happy to offer this in-person or virtually.
There are loads of green spaces on our doorstep as we are a short walk from Hilly Fields and Peckham Rye common. The flat has useful connections to central London as it is a 5 minute walk from Crofton Park station, 10 minutes from Brockley overground, and there is a 171/172/122 bus stop right by the flat.
The current household consists of 4 professional women. Everyone has their separate lives but we appreciate and value spending time together. Ideally our new flat mate would be similar to this.
