Bedroom in 3 bed near Brockley

Hi
I am urgently looking for someone to replace me as tenant for this ground floor 3 bed flat near Brockley (10 min walk to Goldsmiths university)
My friends (student males going into their third year at Goldsmiths) occupying the two other rooms are very pleasant to be around and tend to be on the quieter side as flatmates. The property is 2800 a month for the whole thing excluding bills. Rent for each room would be divided by 3.

Move in date is the 13th of September and ideally I would need someone to move in asap.
