A beautiful room in a Victorian flat in Brockley Conservation area is becoming available from 22 February.

You will be sharing kitchen, bathroom, and loft/living room with a lovely woman, who occupies the second bedroom.

I currently live in Italy, and I’m back in London occasionally, every few months, so the flat is essentially shared between two people.

The room is spacious and nicely furnished (this is not a standard accommodation for rental) with views over the garden. This is a tidy, clean flat in very good conditions. The bed, queen size, is comfortable and new. As you will share the bathroom with a female flatmate, ideally the new flatmate should be female.

Rent - £950 month

Bills - £130 per person/month incl. broadband and council tax, Band C.

For those not familiar with Brockley, this is a friendly neighbourhood, with independent cafes and restaurants, well connected to the City and West End. Hilly Fields Park is just few minutes away. Saturday’s Brockley farmers market is down the road from here.
