I’m letting two beautiful rooms in a Victorian flat in Brockley Conservation area. Hilly Fields Park is just few minutes away.

I’m relocated to Italy, and will only occasionally be back in London, so the flat will essentially be shared between two people.

The rooms are both very spacious and nicely furnished (this is not a standard accommodation for rental) with views over the garden. Kitchen, bathroom, and loft room are shared. This is a tidy, clean flat in very good conditions. The beds, queen size, are comfortable and brand new.

Room 1 - £950 month
Room 2 - £1200 month (it’s a very large room)

Bills are c.£125 per person incl. broadband and council tax, Band C. (My personal belongings appearing in the photos will be removed).

For those not familiar with Brockley, this is a friendly neighbourhood, with independent cafes and restaurants, well connected to the City and West End. Saturday’s Brockley farmers market is few minutes walk away.

Closest stations both Zone Two:
- Brockley (newly named Windrush line - ginger line)
- St Johns (trains to London Bridge in just 7/8 min and Cannon Street)
