Looking for someone to take over my double room in Brockley. The room is finished in white and features bay windows which let plenty of light in.
The room comes unfurnished but a couple of items may be left behind however the remaining house is all ready furnished by the other house mates.
Good transport links from both Brockley and St johns stations which are around 5-10 minute walk away.
The 2 housemates (Nathan & Padraic) are both professionals and have a very active & sociable lifestyle. They're ideally looking for someone similar who will be welcome edition to the house.
Moving in date can be flexible but not sooner than the 22nd of October.
We have also been informed that the total rent amount of £1750pcm will be increased in January by the landlord by around £100-£150.
