Hi,
My name is Eve. I will be moving back home as soon as my course is finished so I am looking for someone to take my room for the remainder of the tenancy from April 7th until September 7th 2025.
The monthly cost includes unlimited bills (£67.55), council tax (£17) and wifi (£5.14).
The current housemates are 6 girls who all attend UCL and UAL. They’re all clean and the house is usually very quiet.
The room is furnished and the kitchen has all amenities incl 2 ovens + hobs, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. The bedroom is located on the ground floor. There is a downstairs toilet that no one else uses, a shower on the first floor and a bath on the second. There is also a garden.
