Gorgeous Brockley 2 Bed - Looking For A Housemate

About the flat:

The flat is a 2 bed property based over 2 floors, on the top of a Victorian block of flats. There are 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the lower floor, and a mezzanine-style open plan kitchen / living space upstairs. We have views of the London skyline and AMPLE storage space. There is a very large shared garden that we share with the other residents in the building (there are 5 flats total).

About the room:

The room is a cosy double with a peaceful view of the garden / skyline. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

Bills work out at around £200 a month each, just because it is a 2 bed in a high council tax area, but the flat is worth it I promise :)

About the area:

If you've never been to Brockley, it's a quaint, very green area between Peckham and Lewisham. There is a lovely community vibe here, and a nice mix of families and young people. There is a small 'hub' by the station with coffee shops, a Sainsbury's and a few restaurants.
Our local park is Hilly Fields (less than a 10 minute walk), and we have a very characterful local pub (about a 5 minute walk).

Transport:

Brockley station is about a 5 minute walk and is on the overground and national rail. You can get to Shoreditch / Dalston in around 30 minutes.

St Johns is also 10 minutes away, from there you can get the train to London Bridge and Cannon Street.

There is also free parking on the street if you need it.
