Casa Brockley

Hiya!

Casa Brockley is looking for someone to take over the room I’ve had the amazing opportunity to live for over 3 years. Sadly I am leaving our little family to pursue other endeavours!

The room is really big, has a huge built in wardrobe (5 doors!) with a lot of storage, two big windows, and wooden floor! The room come furnished and some of the furnitures I am willing to sell for a great price! The rent is 650 pcm + bills which go from £50 - £100 depending on the season :)

A little bit about the house:
The house is a 5 bedroom Victorian house that is a 5 minute walk to Brockley station (overground + southern railways) and to all amenities (Sainsbury’s, Cost Cutter, Post Office etc). There is an off licence just around the corner and a cool local pub just at the end of the street. Hilly Fields is a 10 min walk, Telegraph Hill 15 min walk, and Nunhead Cemetery about 20 min walk. Many buses also available.

There are two rooms on each floor, and one room at the very top. We have a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a small front garden, a patio and a total of 3 bathrooms. Two of them are ensuite, and one is shared between 2 people. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. The whole house has its quirks (including a floor sofa and a letterbox flush :) )and each room has its own vibe.

We have a friendly vibe, good relationships with the neighbours and we enjoy music, dancing, staying fit and the occasional party - as well as a few debates! We've got different schedules during the week and are often busy with different activities, but since there are a few of us there's usually someone home for chats at the end of the day.
