Big double bedroom in Brockley

Hi, I’m looking for a new flatmate to rent out a big double bedroom in Brockley/ St Johns. Sadly, my current flatmate has had to move back to Milan for personal/ family reasons. The room is unfurnished but she is looking to sell a bed, chest of drawers and some other things if you need furniture. Otherwise it’s a blank canvas to make it your own.

The rest of the flat has been tastefully furnished and is very spacious, split over two levels. The 2 bedrooms & bathroom are on the lower ground level so it’s nice and cool in the summer time. The upper level has a well equipped modern kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher and double oven). Separate spacious living room with TV. Flat also comes with newly installed full fibre super fast broadband.

There is a big garden space outside which is great for BBQs and relaxing in the warmer months.

The location is excellent, 5min walk to St John’s, 10min walk to Lewisham or a 15min walk to Brockley overground. You will also be across the road from Brockley Farmers market which is on every Saturday. It’s a lovely community vibe.

I am 35, Australian & have lived in London for over 8 years. I work in the office 5 days a week but am open to someone who works from home a few days a week. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who wants to make this their home and create a good vibe.
