Hi, I’m looking for a new flatmate to rent out a bright and big double bedroom in Brockley / St Johns. Sadly, my current flatmate is moving back to Milan for family reasons.

🛌 The bedroom is large, bright and has a triple wardrobe. It is unfurnished but my flatmate is looking to sell a bed, chest of drawers and some other things if you need. Otherwise it’s a blank canvas to make it your own!

🏠 The rest of the flat is split over two levels and is very spacious with lots of natural light. The 2 bedrooms & bathroom are on the ground level. Upper level has a large well equipped modern kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher and double oven) and dining area. There is a separate living room with lots of natural light, high ceilings and sash windows.

🛜 Full fibre super fast broadband.

🍃 Big garden which is great for BBQs and relaxing in the warmer months.

🚂 The location is excellent, 5min walk to St Johns station (2 stops to London Bridge in 8min) and also close to Lewisham and Brockley Overground. The house is set on a beautiful, quiet leafy street directly across the road from Brockley Farmers market which is on every Saturday. It’s a lovely community vibe here.

I’m Australian (35) & have lived in London for over 8 years. I work in the office 5 days a week but very open to someone who works from home a few days a week.
