We are looking for another student to join our all girls house in Brockley. We are between the ages of 21 - 23🎀 5 of us study at UAL and one is at UCL.
House 🏡:
Gorgeous 7 bed house with a garden. It has 3 bathrooms 2 of which have showers. We also have a large kitchen/ living room area.
Location📍:
The house is a 10 minute walk away from Brockley station which is on the overground & you can get to central in 30 mins. There is also a direct 14 minute train to London Bridge. We are also in Zone 2!
The Room🌸:
- Spacious double bedroom with large bay windows
- Furnished with bed, wardrobe & desk
- Contract will be from December 2024 - September 2025
- 💸 225pw excluding bills which are around £70pm
We are looking for another student over the age of 21 and must have a guarantor!
